H10 Lanzarote Gardens
H10 Lanzarote Gardens have great allergy awareness, I am gluten intolerant and my daughter is egg/milk intolerant. When booking the restaurant on the app they give the option to select any allergies. On arrival at the restaurant we were unexpectedly given a bag full of special allergy friendly food, snacks, bread, breakfast cereal etc for the whole week, which was very thoughtful. At each sitting, the chef did an Allergy tour to explain what was safe and not safe for us to eat. Fantastic service and personal attention from the head manager Maria.

Do not fall for the scam!
Do not fall for the scam! They will ply you with $200 coupons for excursions but they are absolutely not worth the headache. You can always judge a company well by how they act when you say “no” and this one acts like they are selling used cars.

in 08/1/2021 i stayed at el faro in…
in 08/1/2021 i stayed at el faro in punta cana and i was persuaded in doing h10 premium contraract they told me after paying 30%i can cancell the contract i tried but all the numbers they provided are not in service i need help if anyone knows what i can do please let me know or im going to get a lawyer

H10 Amor de dios, Sevilla
Very pleasant and professional check in set the tone for the whole pleasurable stay. The hotel itself was better quality than I had expected and the room clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual selection of hot & cold items found in the majority of hotels. 4th June 2022 check in.

Superb Hotel-H10 White Suites,Lanzarote
We stayed in this hotel for a week beginning of May this year. It is a spread out complex. The rooms are good size with a bed room, sitting area, & a balcony or terrace. The rooms are comfortable & we slept soundly at night with the window open & never required the AC.

Reception staff are all most friendly, polite & helpful. One of them on checking in even accompanied us to our room, & helped with the luggage. Unfortunately, an electric kettle to make tea had not been provided but after reporting a couple of times one was delivered the same evening. One or two other minor problems was promptly dealt by the reception staff.

There was a good choice of food in the restaurant both during breakfast & dinner. My wife being a vegetarian also had some selection of dishes. It would be nice to place a small notice in front of the dishes with a brief description in English, & also a V sign in front of those dishes/salads etc which do not contain any meat product/fish/sea food.
The staff in the restaurant were courteous. Sergio Bermudez the Head Waiter was very helpful with our
dietetic requirement. Juan Manuel Palma one of the
waiters always warmly welcomed us with a smile & served us promptly.

Some evening entertainment was always available but sometimes finding a seat was difficult. On the whole we
thoroughly enjoyed the stay & will stay here again on our next visit to Lanzarote. The friendliness of the staff is much appreciated.

If I could give H10 0 stars I would
If I could give H10 0 stars I would. We stayed at a resort called Ocean blue and sand in the Dominican Republic. While there we did not have A/C in our room and my fiance had a heat stroke because our room was so hot. We begged the manager Victor to give us another room, but once he figured out we were a same sex couple he put his hand in my fiances face and told her no, they cannot provide another room for us. We called maintenance every night we were there and they came the first night and told us they could not fix it, then eventually they just stopped coming. We complained to H10 thinking that would get some type of result and it did not. They sent us a generic letter saying they would get back with us and they never did. Please do not ever stay at a H10 resort. They will not take care of you after you say you will not by a timeshare with them and they discriminate. I have a video of victor, the manager putting his hand in my fiances face while she is crying and begging him to change our rooms because she did not want to have another stroke.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious they dont care once they have your money. If you dont speak spanish forget abou calling they just hang up on you.

Ocean Riviera Paradise Hotel in Mexico
Rented 2 rooms plus anther 4 from clients and family members. The amount of problems and lack of empathy was overwhelming. People need to stay away from this Chain and their hotels. When checking in I was given King beds for rooms of three people. I had to paid $840 extra in order to be moved to another two rooms. I was asked to but two bottles of wine in the Blu Romantic restaurant in order to have 7 people sitting together, the rooms AC never worked and was never fixed (I complained about it the whole week. The mini freezer never worked and was told that’s to keep drinks fresh and not cold (really??). This is after I paid $10,000 for 7 nights. Wow. Stay away please?

Worst customer service ever.... kept me waiting for 25 minutes in line and redirected me 7 times to different employees on the phone even though they made the mistake in the first place.

Inhumane
We booked this hotel through Virgin Holidays as a package. Before we were due to depart, we found out my wife was pregnant, UK government guidance & our doctor subsequently advised us not to travel due to the potential health issues to the unborn child if Zika virus was contracted.

We immediately contacted Virgin who we are grateful offered for us to reschedule our flights free of charge, understanding the gravity of our situation.

This hotel on the other hand, has decided to force our hand, and either risk our pregnancy by travelling, or to charge us 90% of the total price. How that decision has been made by an actual human with any shred of decency and understanding is beyond me.

We did not ask for a refund, we simply asked to reschedule until after our pregnancy, they have declined and want to charge us £3000 for a room that will now remain empty for 10 nights and on top of that for an all inclusive food and drinks package which we will not be spending a penny of!

Evidently this hotel and chain is purely money driven, and has absolutely no care or concern of whether or not their customers are happy, I would therefore avoid at all costs as is that how anybody wants to be treated on their holiday?

The H10 program is a big scam
The H10 program is a big scam. They give you all the greatest options. Then you get there and nothing. We have spent a five days vacation to still not have what we were promised. And by the way management is to big to talk with you so don’t expect any refund, not going to happen. Good luck!!!

Do not stay here. It is expensive and promises a five star experience. What you get is horrific service (ask for water, get glared down!), a dirty room with stained cushions, uncomfortable beds, room service that never shows up. The plumbing broke during our stay AND THE TOILETS WOULD NOT FLUSH IN THE ENTIRE RESORT. This persisted at least 24 hours. When we left, they were bucketing water out of fountains. We were being told “oh yeah it is fixed the pipes need to dry!” Im sorry…what? No robes, the minibar sucked (what do they have against providing water?) not enough towels or places to drop towels. They run out of everything. The covid testing did not seem legit. There was no marking your test vial with any identifying information. Stay elsewhere. PLEASE STAY ELSEWHERE.
